Our Head Chef, Jason Cloete, has put together a festive menu comprising three starters, main courses and desserts for you to try out this Christmas. Whether you are crazy enough to attempt the entire menu for a dinner party or simply want to hand-pick your favourite, we are sure there will be something to tantalize your taste buds. The dishes selected are a slightly different slant on the traditional, “roast turkey with Christmas pudding”, which is deliberately done to allow you to try something different, in keeping with what the PRS catering team already do and will continue to do in the future.
